USA Loop: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:15 pm. This is a 1.5 mile loop with a small hill or two.

Fairhope Ride: Every Saturday meet at the Fairhope Municipal Pier at 7:00am. Swim up to 1/2 mile in chest deep water, bike 27 miles, run to follow. Distances options. Great Turnout!

 Rooster Ride: Every Tuesday meet at the North Entrance or Springhill College (off Old Shell Rd) to leave promptly at 5:15 am for a 28 mile group ride. Great turnout and very dependable!
